浅析我国民族立法中的问题及其对策

The Problems in Ethnical Legislation of Our Country and the Countermeasure against Them

本文通过考察我国民族立法的现状 ,指出了民族立法在数量上、内容上以及立法程序上存在的诸多问题。提出了改善我国民族立法工作、提高民族立法质量等方面的建议。文章认为 ,民族立法工作必须坚持快速、准确、灵活相结合的原则 ,才能更好地为“西部大开发”服务。

Based on the observation of the current situation of Ethnical Legislation in our country, the article points out a lot of problems in ethnical legislation in its quantity, content and legislative procedure, and puts forward proposals concerning the improvement of ethnical legislation of our country and the quality of ethnical legislation. The article suggests that a principle of combination of speediness, accuracy and flexibility should be followed in the work of ethnical legislation in order to give a better service to the 'Great development of the West'.
