牡蛎蛋白酶解物改善小鼠学习记忆能力及其体内抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:6

Improving effect of enzymatic hydrolysates from oyster protein on the ability of learning memory in mice and their antioxidant activities in vivo

摘要 探讨牡蛎蛋白酶解物(Enzymatic hydrolysates from oyster protein,以下简称EHOP)改善小鼠学习记忆能力及其体内抗氧化活性。选用中性蛋白酶和碱性蛋白酶分别水解牡蛎蛋白得到EHOP1和EHOP2,按剂量5g/kg.d分别给4周龄小鼠灌胃4周后,通过Morris水迷宫方法考察了EHOP对小鼠空间学习记忆功能的影响,并检测小鼠肝组织和脑组织中SOD活性及MDA含量。结果表明,与空白组相比,EHOP1组和EHOP2组小鼠的潜伏期(分别为18.97±3.84s、22.61±4.04s)均明显缩短,采用空间搜索策略的比例、穿越平台的次数、目标象限停留的时间和路程均有不同程度的增加。与空白组相比,EHOP能够显著增强小鼠肝组织中SOD活性(P<0.005),显著性减少脑组织及血浆中的MDA含量(P<0.005)。结果显示,EHOP能够明显改善小鼠的空间学习记忆能力,具有良好的体内抗氧化活性。 To investigate the effects of enzymatic hydrolysates from oyster protein(EHOP for short) on the ability of learning memory in mice and their antioxidant activities.EHOP1(using neutral protease) and EHOP2(using alkaline protease) were separately applied to 4 week-old mice at a does of 5.0 g/kg·d for 4 weeks and the learning and memory ability was determined using the Morris water maze tests(MWM) with Taurine(Tau) as control group and normal saline(NS) group.In order to investigate the antioxidant activities in vivo,the SOD activity and MDA content in brain and liver were assayed.The MWM showed that EHOP1 and EHOP2 groups led to a reduction in escape latency(18.97±3.84 s and 22.61±4.04 s) compared with the NS group.And the proportion of spatial strategy,the number of crossings,time and distance in target quadrant were significantly increased in the EHOP groups.The biochemical indices test showed that EHOP significantly enhanced the activity of SOD in liver tissue(P0.005) and reduced the content of MDA in plasma and brain(P0.005).EHOP could improve the learning and memory ability in mice and have remarkable antioxidant activity in vivo.
