北美海蓬子总皂苷提取工艺研究

Extraction on total saponins from Salicornia bigelovii Torr.

采用乙醇提取北美海蓬子总皂苷,通过单因素分析和正交实验法探讨北美海蓬子总皂苷最佳提取工艺。结果表明:北美海蓬子总皂苷最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度70℃,提取时间30min,乙醇浓度70%,料液比1:40,提取3次。在该条件下,北美海蓬子总皂苷得率为2.04%。

Total saponins were extracted from Salicornia bigelovii Torr..using ethanol as extraction solvent.The factors of the extraction were explored by single factor experiment and orthogonal array design methods.The research shows that the optimal conditions for extraction of saponins were：extracting 3 times（30 min） at 70 ℃ and 1：40 of solid/liquid ratio with 70 % ethanol.The yield can reach 2.04% under the optimum extracting conditions.
