摘要
对尿素包合纯化小米糠油中亚油酸的条件进行了系统的考察及优化。最终选定尿素包合分离纯化亚油酸的最佳工艺条件为:混合脂肪酸/尿素(g/g)为1:5,尿素/无水乙醇(g/mL)为1:30,包合温度为5℃,包合时间为30h。产品经气/质联用、气相色谱分析亚油酸得率为65.06%,纯度为83.96%。
The work carried out the systematic investigation and optimization of the condition of the purification of linoleic acid in millet bran oil with urea adduction fractionation.The tested results of optimal process conditions indicate that mixed fatty acid/urea(g/g) ratio is 1:5,urea/ethanol(g/mL) ratio 1:30,adduction temperature and time are 5 ℃ and 30 h.The product is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the yield of linoleic acid is 65.06% and the purity of linoleic acid is 83.96%.
