摘要
甜茶素作为一种高甜度、低热量、无毒性的天然甜味剂,具有广阔的发展前景。采用浸提、膜分离、树脂吸附、浓缩、干燥的工艺制备甜茶素,甜茶素的纯度达到80%,得率5.0%;优化了浸提的条件,最适条件为:固液比为1:30,温度为90℃,时间为1.5h;采用了膜技术对浸提液进行除杂、浓缩,溶液纯度由11%提高到15%,可浓缩1~10倍;确定了树脂吸附的最适条件:上样液质量浓度8mg/mL,上样液pH8.0,上样液流速2.0BV/h,洗脱剂体积分数50%,洗脱流速2.5BV/h。
As a kind natural sweetener which was high sweetness,low quantity of heat and non-toxic,rubusoside had the broad prospects for development.Rubusoside was prepared by adopting the process of extraction,membrane separation,resin adsorption,concentration,drying,the purity of it reached 80%,the yield reached 5.0%.The extraction conditions was optimized,the optimal extracting parameters were as follows:ratio of solid and liquid was 1:30,extraction temperature was 90 ℃,extraction time was 1.5 h.The membrane technology was used to remove impurity and concentrate for extract liquid,the purity of solution was increased from 11% to 15%,the solution was concentrated 1~10 times.The optimal parameters of the resin adsorption was determined:sample liquid concentration was 8 mg/mL,sample liquid pH value was 8.0,sample liquid velocity was 2.0 BV/h,elution volume fraction was 50%,elution velocity was 2.5 BV/h.
