摘要
采用不同流变测定模式研究了胖大海胶溶液的质量浓度、温度及剪切时间对胖大海胶流变学性质的影响。结果表明:胖大海胶溶液属于屈服假塑体系,不同质量浓度的胖大海胶0.1~1.0g/100mL的屈服应力值范围在2.229~12.529Pa之间。通过回归分析得到数学模型:η=kCA和η=K0exp(Ea/RT)可以分别用于描述质量浓度和温度对胖大海胶溶液表观黏度的影响。用Herschel-Bulkley模型分析得胖大海胶溶液在0.1~1.0g/100mL范围内的流动指数n值为0.3868~0.4883。温度稳定曲线表明胖大海胶溶液的表观黏度随温度升高而下降,时间稳定曲线表明胖大海胶溶液表观黏度具有良好的剪切稳定性。
The influence of malve nut gum mass concentration,temperature and shear time on rheological properties of malve nut gum were studied by different rheological testing mode.The result showed that the malve nut gum solution belonged yield Pseudoplastic system,and the yield stress of different mass concentration of malve nut gum 0.1~1.0 g/100 mL was between 2.229~12.529 Pa.The models:η=kCA and η=K0exp(Ea/RT),could be used to describe the effect of mass concentration and temperature on the apparent viscosity of malve nut gum aqueous by regression analysis.And the flow index n value was range of 0.3868 to 0.4883 at the malve nut gum concentration 0.1~1.0 g/100 mL determined by Herschel-Bulkley model.The temperature stability curve shows that the malve nut gum solution apparent viscosity decreases with increasing temperature,and time stability curve shows that the apparent viscosity of the solution has good shear stability.
