摘要
在真空超声、密闭超声、真空磁力搅拌和密闭磁力搅拌4种反应条件无溶剂体系中以脂肪酶Novozym 435为催化剂,以阿魏酸乙酯和甘油为原料,合成阿魏酸酰基甘油酯。结果表明:超声协同脂肪酶合成阿魏酸酰基甘油酯在密闭条件下更显著;超声波对提高体系内传质具有较好的效果;超声对脂肪酶Novozym 435催化具有一定的促进作用。
Novozym 435 was used in the enzymatic synthesis of Feruloyl Glycerol(FG),in ultrasonic under vacuum,ultrasound under confined,magnetic stirring under vacuum and in magnetic stirring under confined,by transesterification of Glycerole and Ethyl Ferulate in solvent-free system.The results showed that ultrasound-assisted enzymatic synthesis of Feruloyl Glycerol in confined condition more pronounced than vacuum.Ultrasonic improve system mass transfer with good results.Novozym 435 exhibited excellent active under the ultrasonic treatment condition.
