摘要
文章在分析成人高等教育实施素质教育必要性的基础上 ,着重阐述了实施素质教育在认识上、思想上、制度上、模式上、条件上诸方面存在的障碍 ,以及应该采取的措施与对策。
Based on the necessity to implement quality education in higher adult education,the article sets forth,in the spheres of comprehension,ideology,system,mode and condition,the obstacles to the enforcement of quality education;and puts forward some measures to resolve them.
