摘要
本文为解决预订教材难以精确统计发放情况等问题,设计并完成了高校教材管理系统。通过对教材预订、出售、库存盘点等工作实现信息化,满足高校教材精细化管理的要求。实践表明,该系统大大提高了工作效率,节约了大量的人力成本。
To solve the problem that the number of booked teaching materials is hard to count precisely and the difficulty to record the detailed account of allocation of teaching materials,University Teaching Material Management System is designed.Achieving informatization of booking,sailing,inventory count of system teaching materials is to meet the demand of elaborate management of teaching materials.The practice shows that the system has greatly improved work efficiency and saved labor cost.
