Design of the Digit Oil Consumption Meter

本文设计的油耗仪用于摩托车出厂耗油性能检测。电路由传感器输出的电压信号(几毫伏)经过运放放大后,再通过AD转换器转化为数字信号,由ARM控制USB数据传输,通过上位机软件读取以上数字信号,由于AD转换器的线性关系,通过砝码标定,最后通过上位机软件读取最后要的重量值。

This oil consumption meter is used in the motorcycle leaving the plant the fuel consumption performance examination.Electric circuit through the sensor outputs the voltage signal（several millivolts） after transport put the enlargement,transforms through the AD switch as the digital signal,controls the USB data transmission by ARM above,reading the digital signal through on position machine software,as a result of the AD switch linear relations,demarcates through the weights,finally reading the heavy size through on position machine software which finally wants.
