对中小企业筹资问题的思考

Thoughts about the Financing Problems in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

目前大多数中小企业都不同程度地面临着筹资难的困境,严重阻碍了其进一步发展。本文首先介绍了中小企业的含义及筹资现状,其次从内外两个方面分析了中小企业筹资难的原因,最后从中小企业、国家和金融机构的角度提出了解决中小企业融资难的有效措施。

The majority of small and medium-sized enterprises have different degrees of facing financing difficulties,a serious obstacle for its further development.This paper first introduces the definition of SMEs and the financing situation,followed by analysis of the financing difficult reason of small and medium enterprises from two aspects of internal and external,finally puts forward effective measures to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs from the small and medium-sized enterprise,the state and the perspective of financial institutions.
