摘要
本文简要阐述了创新型城市的内涵及创新要素组成,并对乌鲁木齐创新型试点城市建设的经济、社会环境等基础条件进行了分析,最后从城市创新涉及的主体、资源、环境与机制等方面对乌鲁木齐创新型试点城市建设提出了相关建议。
This paper briefly explains the connotation of innovative city and the innovation of elements,and the innovative pilot city construction of Urumqi economic and social environment and other basic conditions are analyzed.Finally from the city innovation involves subject,resources,environment and mechanism of Urumqi innovative pilot city construction puts forward related Suggestions.
