摘要 [目的]考察、优选京万红凝胶剂的促渗剂。[方法]以离体大鼠腹皮Franz扩散法考察丙二醇、氮酮、辛酸癸酸聚乙二醇甘油酯和二乙二醇单乙基醚的促透性,优选最佳促渗剂及用量。[结果]选择没食子酸作为指标成分,丙二醇的皮肤单位面积累积透过量优于其他促渗剂,稳态流量为0.721μg(/mm2.h),促渗倍率为1.646,最适用量为5%。[结论]从京万红的处方有效成分和基质互溶性分析,丙二醇是较合适的促渗剂,但由于丙二醇自身的黏滞性,其用量不宜过大。 [Objective] To investigate and optimize the penetration enhancer in Jinwanghong compound recipe. [Methods] Franz diffusion of isolated abdominal skin of rats was used to investigate the penetration-promoted effect of propylene glycol, Azone, Labrasol and Transcutol respectively and optimize the excellent penetration enhancer and the dose. [Results] Selecting gallic acid as the index component, the accumulative permeation quantity per unit area ofpropylene glycol was surpassed the others with a steady state flow 0.721 μg/(mm2·h). The penetration-promoted ratio was 1.646 folds higher. The optimal dosage was 5%. [Conclusion] Analysis based on the effective constituents and matrix miscibility has found that propylene glycol is the optimal penetration enhancer. Since its higher viscosity, its used dosage should not be too large.
