摘要
随着设备使用可靠性信息的不断积累,充分利用这些使用可靠性信息定期调整优化设备的备件配置方案,对有效降低设备全寿命周期的保障费用具有重要意义。对于高可靠性的备件而言,在一定时间内,其失效信息常常表现为极小样本信息或零失效信息,经典估计方法并不适用于估计其使用失效率,因而给其备件配置量的调整带来困难。针对该现状,在充分利用备件各种历史可靠性信息的基础上,提出了一种基于系统可靠性模型的备件失效率估计方法,并以此为基础给出了该类备件配置数量的调整方案,对使用方决定备件订购数量起着一定的指导作用。
With the constant accumulation of the operation reliability of equipment,the operation reliability information is fully used to regulate the spare scheme of the equipment which is significant of reducing the whole life cycle cost of the equipment.For some high reliability spare,there is usually small-sample or non-failure information in a fixed period.It is not applicable to estimate the operation failure rate through traditional estimation method.So it is difficult to regulate the spare disposition number.Aiming at the status,the different historical reliability information is fully used.One of the method of the spare failure rate estimation based on system reliability model is proposed.And then the regulate method of spare scheme is proposed.The conclusion provides guidelines for spare ordering.
