基于C8051F060的锚杆检测仪采集卡的设计

Design of Anchor Bolt Detector Capture Card Based on C8051F060

随着锚杆现场检测技术的发展,对便携式、小体积、数据处理量大的锚杆检测仪的需求越来越强烈,以前的基于串口通信的锚杆检测仪已经不能满足工程需求。设计了一种基于C8051F060的锚杆检测仪的采集卡,通过C8051F060自身集成的高速A/D进行数据采集,采集卡通过FIFO芯片IDT7204与S3C2410ARM芯片相连接,实现声频应力波信号数据的传输和处理,大大提高了数据处理效率。现场工程实践表明,该设计满足工程要求,具有很好的应用前景。

Along with the development of anchor bolt detector technology,there is a great need of portable and mass-data bolt detector.The bolt detector based on serial communication can not meet the engineering demand.This paper puts forward a design based on the capture card of C8051F060 detector.The high speed A/D of C8051F060 detector uses FIFO to transmit data to ARM.It greatly raises the data transmission utilization ratio.Through the engineering practice it proves that the design can meet the engineering requirement,and have a good application prospects.
