摘要
针对HSC360型混砂车搅拌罐在工作过程中出现的溅水问题,在现有搅拌罐结构基础上,根据搅拌罐设计技术要求,提出了5种不同的搅拌罐结构改进方案,并利用CFD分析软件对搅拌罐现有结构及改进后的结构进行了数值模拟。数值分析结果表明,在搅拌罐进水口夹层上方添加一盖板,同时在搅拌罐中间部位添加6个进水弯头之后,进水口最大流速下降最大,达到了23.52%,且仅有极少量的水处在最大流速附近,说明该方案可以很好地解决搅拌罐溅水问题。
According to the water splash problems of agitation tank of HSC360 blender truck during the work,four different structure improvement schemes are put forward based on the existing structure and the design technical requirements of agitation tank,and the numerical simulation is carried out by CFD analysis software for the existing structure and improved structure.The results show that the maximum flow rate decline reaches 23.52%,and only a minimum amount of water is near the maximum velocity,so the scheme can well solve the water splash problem of the agitation tank.
