摘要
采用单片机作为上位机,以FPGA作为下位机控制逻辑的核心部件,设计了一套具有庞大I/O口的基于矩阵开关的控制系统。通过对上位机和下位机的软件设计和硬件设计,完成气流纺纱机的断纱接头自动控制。该方案具有集成度高、可靠性高、通用性强等优点,在多家纺织企业的RU-14型德国气流纺机上已经得到了成功的应用。
This design introduces a matrix switch control system which has a large I/O port by adopting the single chip microcomputer as epistatic machine,with FPGA as the core component to control logic of lower machine,the system completes the automatic control of the broken yarn wiring through the software design and hardware design of epistatic machine and lower machine.The scheme has such features as high integration,high reliability and general compatibility etc,it is used successfully in German air spinning machine of some textile companies.
