摘要
目的分析超甜蜜本南瓜肉挥发性成分。方法采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS-SPME/GC-MS)结合保留指数法,首次并用峰面积归一化法测定相对百分含量。结果从超甜蜜本南瓜的肉中鉴定出22个化合物,占总峰面积的92.59%。结论研究表明其挥发性成分中吡喃酮含量最高(14.87%),其次为棕榈酸(13.20%)等。
Objective to study the volatile constituents in pulp of Cucurbita moschata Duch.(chaotianmiben).Methods The volatiles were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction,coupled with GC-MS and Kovats indices for the first time.A quantitative analysis of percentage was performed by peak area normalization measurements.Results 22 compounds were identified in in Chaotian.,accounting for 92.59% of the total volatiles.Conclusion Pyranone(14.87%) content was the highest,followed by hexadecanoic acid(13.20%).
