摘要
目的探讨复方马钱子的抗肿瘤作用。方法采用小鼠H22肝癌皮下移植肿瘤模型,通过检测原位肿瘤、免疫器官指数及Na+、K+、Cl-、葡萄糖含量,评价复方马钱子的毒性及抗肿瘤作用。采用MTT法检测复方马钱子对淋巴细胞和HCT-116癌细胞增殖的影响。结果复方马钱子在实验剂量下,与模型对照组比较,治疗组的肿瘤生长减慢,荷瘤小鼠免疫器官指数降低,血清中K+、Cl-、葡萄糖含量显著增加,Na+浓度不受影响。体外实验表明,复方马钱子对HCT-116癌细胞有一定的抑制作用,但对淋巴细胞增殖无影响。结论复方马钱子有一定的抗肿瘤作用,可调节体内电解质、葡萄糖含量使趋于正常。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect of compound nux vomica.Methods H22 hepatic cancer subcutaneously transplanted model was used to evaluate the anti-tumor effect of compound nux vomica by detecting situ tumor size,immune organ index,Na+,K+,Cl-,and glucose levels.MTT assay was used to observe effect of compound nux vomica on lymphocyte and HCT 116 cancer cell proliferation.Results Compared with the model group,in the compound nux vomica-treated mice,the tumor grew more slowly,the immune organ index decreased obviously,K+,Cl-,glucose in serum significantly increased but Na+ kept unchanged.In vitro,compound nux vomica suppressed HCT-116 cancer cell proliferation but had no effect on lymphocytes.Conclusion Compound nux vomica have anti-tumor effect and can regulate electrolytes and glucose levels to keep balanced.
