摘要
目的探讨高校教师组织公平感与心理健康的关系,为有效提高教师心理健康水平提供帮助。方法用SCL-90症状自评量表和组织公平问卷对671名高校教师进行调查分析。结果高校教师组织公平感总分及3个因素不仅与其躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性9个因子得分显著相关,而且对这9个因子还有较高的预测性。结论组织公平能预测高校教师的心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and organizational justice of college teachers and to improve the level of teachers' mental health.Methods 671 college teachers were investigated with the scales of SCL-90 and organizational justice.Results The total score of organizational justice and its three factors were not only related to somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia and psychotic significantly,but also can predict them effectively.Conclusion organizational justice can predict the level of mental health of college teachers.
