摘要
喷雾干燥是目前较为常用的一种干燥形式,广泛应用于食品、药品、生物制品等领域。我们将从喷雾干燥的基本知识入手简单介绍此项工艺,分析其主要特点及存在的问题、简要说明在不同行业的应用,并对以后的发展方向作出了展望。
The spray drying is a common dry technology.Now this technology is widely used in the fields of food,medicine,biological products,etc.The basic knowledge,the main characteristics and problems,some applications in some fields and future development direction of spray drying technology were introduced in this paper.
