甘露聚糖肽联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

Effect of Mannatide Combined with Cisplatin on Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的观察甘露聚糖肽联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 48例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。胸腔闭式引流胸腔积液后,治疗组胸腔注射甘露聚糖肽20 mg和顺铂60 mg,对照组单药顺铂60 mg胸腔注射。2组均每周1次,连续3周。1个月后观察2组疗效及毒副反应。结果治疗组缓解率83.3%,对照组缓解率62.5%(P<0.05);治疗组KPS评分改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组毒副反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘露聚糖肽联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and toxicities of mannatide combined with cisplatin on malignant pleural effusion. Methods Forty-eight patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into 2 groups including the treatment group and the control group with 24 patients in each group. After close thoracic cavity drainage of the pleural effusion, mannatide 20 mg combined with eisplatin 60 mg was injected into pleural cavity once a week for 3 weeks in the treatment group, while in the control group only eisplatin 60 mg was injected. The clinical effects and toxieities were analyzed after 1 month of treatment. Results In the treatment group and the control group ,the effective rates were 83.3% and 62.5% ,respectively ,there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. KPS scores of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The toxicities of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of mannatide combined with cisplatin on patients with malignant pleural effusion were satisfactory.
