摘要
甘孜州地处青藏高原东南缘,是全国第二大藏区,青稞是藏区的主要粮食作物,其秸秆是牲畜过冬的主要饲料,因此,青稞产量的高低对于甘孜州经济、社会有着举足轻重的地位。近年来,灾害性天气气候频发,干旱已成为影响青稞产量的主要因素。根据甘孜州具体情况,进行有针对性的育种研究,在优异种质收集、筛选鉴定;相关基因的克隆、结构、表达模式分析、功能分析、验证等方面取得了一定突破,为青稞抗旱育种研究提供了理论指导和优异种质资源。
Ganzi Autonomy is located in the southeast of Tibetan plateau, which is the second largest Tibetan - inhabited area in China. Hulless Barley is the main crop for Tibetan - inhabited area and its straw is the main feeding stuff for livestock in winter. Therefore, the production of hulless barley plays a decisive role on the economy and society of Ganzi Autonomy. Recently, disastrous weather occurred frequently and drought damage has become the main factors affect the output of hulless barley in Ganzi Autonomy. According to the specific situations, we made a study on breeding, for example, achieved certain breakthrough in collection, selection and identification of excellent germplasm, as well as the cloning of the related gene, analysis of the structure and expression pattern, analysis of gene function, verification and so on. All these efforts have provided theoretical direction and excellent germplasm resources for the research on breeding of drought resistant hulless barley.
