门诊患者中药咨询情况调查

The investigation of counseling status of the traditional Chinese medicine in outpatients

目的提高对中药合理应用的认识及对中药咨询的重视，提高药学服务质量和患者的用药安全。方法对我院2012年1—6月门诊中药房总共227081张中药处方中544例次的咨询情况进行回顾性分析。结果中药咨询者的身份以患者和患者家属所占比例最多[60．1％（327／544）]。咨询药物类别中以活血化瘀药的咨询次数最多，为192例次[35．3％（192／544）]。咨询内容中关于用法用量的咨询最多，为151例次（27．8％），其次为中草药煎煮86例次（15．8％）。结论药物咨询对本文内容进行总结有助于临床用药更加合理，帮助提高患者的依从性，更好地为患者的健康和用药安全提供保证。

Objective To improve the rational use of medicine and pharmacy service quality, and to ameliorate the traditional Chinese medicine counseling and patients＇ medical security. Methods Five hundred and forty-four eases consultation in 227081 prescriptions in outpatient TCM pharmacy during January 2012 to June 2012 was retrospectively analyzed. Results In consultant identity, mainly was patients and their dependents （327 eases, 60.1% ）. The category mainly was blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs （192 eases, 35.3% ）： In the consuiting content classification, for the most was usage and dosage （ 151 eases, 27.8% ）, followed by herbal decoction （86 cases, 15.8% ）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine counseling plays an important role of improving the doctor-patient relationships and patients＇ compliance, which is helpful to provide guarantees for the health and safety of the patients.
