加入 WTO以后 ,总的来说 ,钢铁行业基本平稳。国内钢材供求基本平衡 ,消费量将平稳增长 ,产量小幅削减 ,出口与进口同时增加 ;钢材价格与成本都将下降 ,钢铁企业仍将处于微利时代 ;

Generally speaking, the steel industry will be steady after China joins WTO. The domestic consumption of steel will increase smoothly, and the output will decrease a little. The export and import will increase at the same time. The demand and the supply will be balanced. The cost and the price of steel will fall, which means small profits for the steel industry in a certain period. After China joins WTO, the adjustment of structure in the steel industry will make important progress.
