一体化急救护理新模式在严重创伤患者救治中的应用探讨

New Pattern of Integrated Emergency Nursing in Severe Trauma Patients Experience

目的探讨一体化急救护理新模式的应用在严重创伤患者救治过程中的应用效果。方法选取医院ICU于2010年11月—2012年10月收治的35例严重创伤患者为实验组,对患者应用一体化及救护立新模式进行治疗;选取医院急诊科、相关创伤外科于2008年5月—2010年5月收治的29例严重创伤患者为对照组,对患者采用普通急救护理模式进行治疗。对两组人群在有效抢救时间长短及抢救效果等方面进行回顾性的分析。结果实验组65.7%患者的救治时间处于(36±15)min,34.3%患者为(67±23)min,总有效率91.4%;对照组38.0%患者的救治时间处于(36±15)min,62.0%患者为(67±23)min,总有效率82.7%。两组患者在救治时间和治疗总有效率方面经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用一体化急救护理新模式可以缩短患者的治疗时间,提高救治效果,有利于保障临床严重创伤患者救治工作的顺利进行,在临床上有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate application effect of new pattern of integrated emergency nursing in severe trauma.M ethods Select hospital ICU in 2010 Nov.-2012 Oct.35 cases of severe trauma patients as experimental group,application integration and ambulance new mode.Select hospital emergency department 29 cases as control group in 2008 May-2010 May,Ordinary first aid care model.The two groups in the effective rescue time length and effect were retrospectively analysis.Results Experimental group 65.7% of the treatment time is（36±15）min,34.3% is（67±23）min,the total effective rate of 91.4%;Control group 38.0% of the treatment time is（36±15）min,62.0% is（67±23）min,the total effective rate of 82.7%,P〈0.05.Two groups in treatment time and efficiency differences with statistical significance.Conclusion Application integration,new pattern can shorten the treatment time,to improve treatment effect,to ensure the clinical patients with severe trauma work smoothly,a higher value in clinical.
