保肛治疗低位直肠癌术中护理配合探析

The Anal Treatment of Low Rectal Cancer with Intraoperative Care Analysis

目的探讨保肛治疗低位直肠癌保肛术中有效的护理配合措施。方法该次研究选择2009年1月—2012年10月期间接受住院治疗的200例直肠癌患者作为观察对象,所有患者都采用保肛低位直肠癌手术治疗形式。结果该组200例患者肿瘤下部分边缘与齿状线的距离在2～8cm之间,手术治疗时间平均值为106.73min,平均出血量控制在100mL以内,其中与肛门边缘距离在5cm之内直肠癌的肛门保留机率高于70%。手术治疗过程中并没有出现任何并发症,完成治疗后无神经性膀胱功能障碍症状,大部分患者排便及性功能在1年左右获得恢复。结论医护人员必须全面掌握手术理论知识及配合措施,严格按照无菌操作标准给予治疗全力支持,才能持续提高低位直肠癌保肛治疗手术护理配合质量。

Objective To explore the treatment of anal low rectal cancer the anal intraoperative effective nursing measures with.M ethods This study selection from January 2009 to October period accept hospitalization of 200 cases of colorectal cancer patients as the observation object,all patients are using the anal low rectal cancer surgery form.Results All 200 patients portion of the tumor edge and dentate line distance in 2～8 cm between,surgery time average of 106.73 min,the average amount of bleeding control in 100 ml of less than,among them and anal edge distance within 5 cm in colorectal cancer anus reserved probability is higher than 70%.Surgical treatment process and without any complications,completed after treatment without neurogenic bladder symptoms,most patients defecation and sexual function in 1 year for recovery.Conclusion The medical personnel must fully grasp the operation theory knowledge and cooperate with measures,in strict accordance with the aseptic operation standard give full support treatment,can continue to improve the low rectal cancer the anal treatment with surgery nursing quality.
