在总结武汉科技大学信息科学与工程学院学生计算机房建设实践的基础上 ,分析了当前高校学生课外活动基地建设上存在的建设规模及建设速度、投资方式、管理等方面的不足 ,提出了解决问题的方法 。

The paper has summarized the experiences in constructing the student computer room in the College of Information Science and Engineering.It points to the inadequacy in the construction scale and speed,investment model,and management of college extracurricular activity bases at present.Solutions have been proposed and the great advantages of constructing extracurricular activity bases by fund raising are exposed.
