B超引导经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道碎石术治疗肾、输尿管上段结石 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨B超引导经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道治疗各种肾、输尿管上段结石的方案、疗效及并发症,进一步提高疗效,降低并发症。方法回顾分析应用B超引导经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道碎石术治疗肾、输尿管上段结石1830例患者的临床资料,对其方法、一期治疗效果、并发症进行分析。结果手术时间40~180min,一期治疗成功85%,无腹腔脏器损伤,无肾切除、血气胸并发症,因肾出血行介入肾动脉分枝栓塞2例,中转开放手术1例。结论 B超引导经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道碎石术治疗肾、输尿管上段结石手术时间短,一期净石率高,并发症少。有效避免大血管及脏器损伤,减少结石残留,超声引导经皮肾气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石安全,有效,适宜推广应用。
