An elementary introduction to the Controller's awareness and viewpoint on the young people

把关人即控制信息流向、流量，把握社会舆论的职业传播者，他们过滤信息的标准很多，但是还必须加上一条重要标准：青年意识和青年观点。青年在社会中的重要地位与自身不足的双重特点，决定了青年的特殊利益和需求，需要把关人在控制舆论导向的过程中，引导和教育青年走向健康的轨道，充分发挥青年在社会进步与发展中的重要作用。

Controllers are the professional propagators who control the direction and volume of the flow of information besides holding the public opinion. They have quite a few standards about filtering information. However, another important standard must be added, which is the awarenss and viewpoint on the young people. It is the double feature which contains both the important position and the weakness of young people that determines their special benefits and demands. So in controlling the guidance of public opinion, controllers should lead and educate the young to a healthy road, in addition to elaborating their important role in the social improvement and development.
