摘要
为了更好地实现应用型人才的培养目标,高等学校教师应改变原有的"满堂灌"的课堂教学模式,从优化课程体系、精选教学内容、拓宽教学方法和教学手段、完善考核方式等方面进行课堂改革,注重培养学生的实践能力,为应用型人才培养服务。
In order to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents, college teachers should change traditional cramming teaching model and reform classroom teaching. The writer reformed classroom teaehing by optimizing curriculum system, selecting teaching content, broadening teaching methods as well as teaching means and perfecting evaluation mode, which combined with Elementary School Mathematics Teaehing Methods curriculum and concentrating on developing students＇ practical abilities, for the sake of cultivating applied talents.
