建立证券经纪人制度 ,是我国证券市场发展的客观要求和必然趋势 ,在当前 ,这一制度已出现的主要形式有证券经纪人、客户经理和理财工作室 ;但同时需要解决的问题是 :明确证券经纪人的法律地位 ,建立证券经纪人的资格认定制度和监督管理制度 。

As an inevitable tendency,the establishment of the bill broker system meets with the objective requirements of the growing stock market in our country.At present this system is mainly composed of bill brokers,client managers and workrooms of managing financial matters.The problems to be solved are the legal status,the quality confirmation,the supervision and management,and the management regulations of bill brokers.
