摘要
2012年普利策辞世整整一百年。本文对普利策署名发表的《舆论的力量》一文进行版本和真实性的考据,在此基础上总结并分析了普利策的舆论思想。本文认为普利策所处的特殊时代,普利策对美国式民主遭遇危机的反思以及他对新闻业功能的定位奠定了其舆论思想的基调,具有启发意义。
This year is Pulitzer＇s the 100th death anniversary. This paper analyses his article The Power of Public Opinion. It reviews Pulitzer＇s thoughts on public opinion. It holds the point that Pulitzer had a reflection on the crisis of American democracy in that special period, and his fundamental thoughts on public opinions are enlightening.
