摘要
在文献研究和问卷调查的基础上,分析把握了EAP核心问题总体状况,深入探讨EAP核心问题在人口统计变量及组织工作变量上的差异性,论证了EAP核心问题各维度的相关关系及预测力差异。实证研究发现,煤矿从业人员的制度公平问题及生理性问题最为突出;除生理性问题与个体关系性问题外,其它维度在人口统计变量及组织工作变量上均呈现显著差异;EAP核心问题总体状况与其各个维度均呈显著的正相关关系,与心理性问题的相关度最高。
Based on the literature study and questionnaire survey, we analyze the overall con- ditions of EAP core problems, and investigated its difference on demographic characters and or- ganizational variables. Besides, we explored the eorrelation between EAP core problems and its dimensions. According to the empirical research, institution fairness and physiological problems has been hit the hardest. Except the individual relational and physiological problems, other di- mensions have shown significant difference on demographic characters and organizational varia- bles. The overall conditions of EAP core problem present significant positive correlations with its all dimensions, and the highest degree of correlation with psychological problems.
