摘要
为实现高瓦斯工作面Y型通风,以屯兰矿18205工作面为工程背景,实施大断面巷道沿空留巷技术。分别对宽度为2.0m、2.5m、3.0m巷旁充填体在二次采动条件下受力情况进行数值模拟分析,得出合理的充填体宽度为2.5m,对其进行内部受力分析,呈现剪切破坏现象。加固采用充填体外布置锚带网,充填体内布置钢筋网的内外加固措施,现场实测表明沿空巷道矿压显现平稳,该充填体能够满足生产需要。
In order to achieve the Y-type ventilation in high-gas working face, the 18205 working face in Tunlan Mine being taken as the engineering background, the technology of gob-side entry retained in roadway with large section was carried out. Numerical simulation analyses were respectively conducted on the stress status of filling bodies beside roadway with the widths of 2.0m,2.5m and 3.0m under the secondary mining and drew that the reasonable width of filling body is 2.5m. According to its internal stress analysis, there was shear failure in it. The measures of internal and external strengthening were put into use. bolting with mesh was set on the exterior of the filling body and steel mesh was laid in the interior. Field measurements indicated that the ground behavior in gob-side entry was smooth and the filling body met the need of production.
