中美关系十年后进入高风险期有三大指标性因素

摘要
随着金融经济危机后众多国家步人调整与发展竞争新阶段，国际战略格局与国际秩序也难免经历某种深刻重塑与转型。随着中国重要战略机遇期新阶段内涵与条件的变化，中国处理对外关系比以往任何时期都需要放眼长远，特别是要充分估计到中美关系将在10年后迎来高风险期的可能性。
