医院消毒效果监测分析

Monitoring of disinfection effect in hospital

目的系统地开展医院消毒效果监测,保障医患安全,为医院感染消毒监测项目提供资料。方法根据全国和湖北省《医院消毒与感染控制监测方案》的要求,医院每月开展消毒效果监测,省、市疾控中心每季度分别对感染管理重点部门进行检查、监测,酌情调整和新增项目。结果 2007-2011年共采集各类样本10 131份,合格9759份,合格率为96.3%;其中消毒灭菌样本9338份,合格9166份,合格率98.2%;消毒灭菌样本包括外科手(C)、无菌内镜(F)、无菌物品(H)、蒸汽灭菌器(I),监测合格率均为100.0%;空气(A)沉降菌、物体表面(B)、卫生手(D)、消毒内镜(E)、污水洗(J)合格率分别为98.2%、98.3%、97.2%、98.3%、99.0%;新增监测项目,包括器械清洗(G)、手卫生依从性(K)采样合格率分别为90.4%、79.0%。结论形成省、市疾控中心与试点医院多点监督的消毒监测网络体系,及时掌握消毒质量和感染危险因素,有效促进医院消毒和感染监测。

OBJECTIVE To guarantee the safety of the doctors and patients and provide raw data for the project of national nosocomial infections and disinfection monitoring by carrying out the monitoring of disinfection effect continuously and systematically.METHODS According to the requirements of ＂Hospital disinfection and infection control monitoring program＂ of nation and Hubei province,the hospital carried out self-test monthly.In each quarter,the experts who were in the provincial and municipal centers for disease control（CDC） monitored and checked respectively for the disinfection monitoring project of some key sectors of infection control,took into consideration of some parts of monitoring project for adjusting and adding to.The hospital attached so great importance to CDC experts feedback so as to rectificate and implement immediately.RESULTS Of totally 10 131 specimens sampled from 2007 to 2011,there were 9759（96.3%） specimens qualified.Of 9338 sterilization samples,9166 samples were qualified with the pass rate of 98.2%.The disinfection and sterilization samples included the surgical hands（C）,sterilized endoscope（F）,sterilized objects（H）,and steam sterilizer（I）,the qualified rates of the monitoring were all 100.0%.The qualified rates of the monitoring of the air settlement bacteria（A）,object surface 1（B）,hand hygiene（D）,sterilized endoscope（E）,and the wastewater（J） were 98.2%,98.3%,97.2%,98.3%,and 99.0%,respectively.The added monitoring items included the instrument cleaning and hand hygiene compliance,the qualified rates of which were 90.4% and 79.0%.CONCLUSION The hospital has established a network system for monitoring of disinfection in the provincial,municipal,and CDC,and the pilot hospitals,which contributes to the timely understanding of disinfection quality and the risk factors,effectively promoting the monitoring of the disinfection and infection in the hospital.
