呼吸机相关性肺炎的病原菌综合感染分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的病原菌构成,并进行综合感染分析,为临床预防措施提供有效依据。方法回顾性分析医院138例患者,对其206份标本进行统计分析。结果 206份痰标本培养分离出病原菌168株,革兰阳性菌占42.26%,其中,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)占26.79%、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占13.10%;革兰阴性菌占30.95%,其中铜绿假单胞菌占10.71%、鲍氏不动杆菌占10.12%;真菌占26.79%,主要为白色假丝酵母菌占18.45%。结论呼吸机相关性肺炎的病原菌种类繁多,应采取针对性的措施加以预防医院感染。 OBJECTIVE To explore the species of pathogens causing ventilator-associated pneumonia so as to provide basis for the clinical prevention.METHODS A total of 138 patients were retrospectively analyzed,and totally 206 specimens obtained from the patients were statistically analyzed.RESULTS A total of 168 strains of pathogens were isolated from 206 sputum specimens;the gram-positive bacteria accounted for 42.26%,among which the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) accounted for 26.79%,coagulase-negative Staphylococci 13.10%.The gram-negative bacteria accounted for 30.95%,among which Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 10.71%,Acinetobacter baumannii 10.12%.The fungi accounted for 26.79%,among which Candida albicans accounted for 18.45%.CONCLUSION There are a variety of pathogens causing ventilator-associated pneumonia,it is necessary to take targeted measures to prevent the nosocomial infections.
