摘要 早期教育质量的影响因素是多方面的,OECD成员国在提高早期教育质量方面作了许多积极探索,强势开端Ⅲ就是在广泛调研基础上形成的一份聚焦质量的报告。该报告提出了设定质量目标和法规、设计和实施课程与学习标准、提高保教人员资质与培训及工作条件、促进家庭和社区参与、推进数据收集与监测及研究等重要政策杠杆。当前我国学前教育面临着质量低的迫切问题,遵从强势开端Ⅲ的建议,就应明确学前教育质量提高的政府责任、加强适合我国实际的学前教育质量内涵和标准研究、促进家庭社区与幼儿园之间的良性互动、建立全国统一的学前教育质量评估数据库平台。 The factors OECD made a lot of active III is a report focused on affecting the quality of early childhood education are various. The member of exploration in improving the quality of early childhood education. Starting Strong quality and based on extensive research. This paper discussed its formation background and analyzed its five important policy levers, and finally pointed out the enlightenments.
