The Reasonable Approach to the Transitional Development of Chinese Pre-School Education

摘要 当前我国学前教育发展中存在的"入园难、入园贵"问题,实质上是我国学前教育发展方式中存在深层问题的具体表现。转变我国学前教育发展方式,具体而言是要解决在结构、制度、技术等三个层面存在的一系列核心问题,其中在结构层面要平衡公、民办幼儿园比例,构建多元学前教育服务供给结构;在技术层面要关注幼儿园教师队伍建设;在制度层面要明晰各级政府部门的管理职责,强化学前教育质量管理。 Nowadays, there are many problems existing in Chinese pre-school education, for instance, the difficulty and high fees of entering kindergartens, which is in essence rooted in the development of Chinese pre-school education. To trans- form Chinese pre-school education is to tackle series of problems in three levels, which are structure, system and technique.In the structure level, the ratio between state owned and private kindergartens should be reasonable to construct diverse education system. Technically speaking, teachers of kindergartens should be given more attention to. In the system level, management re- sponsibility of each government department should be clearly described and the quality management of pre-school education should be strengthened.
