摘要
经济与社会转型客观上要求加快转变义务教育发展方式,但当前我国义务教育事业发展中存在的问题制约着发展方式的转变。为此,义务教育发展要沿着结构、技术、制度三条路径加以转变,分别关注教育结构调整、教学模式转变、教育制度调适。其中涉及的主要任务包括:调节优质资源、促进均衡发展;提高教师教学技能,推动素质教育,促进学生全面发展;提高义务教育管理重心,推动城乡、区域学校协同发展,完善流动人口子女教育管理体系。
The development of society and economy requires changing the mode of compulsory educational development. However, the existing problems in the development of compulsory education restrict the change of development mode. The de- velopment of compulsory education should follow three paths: structure path, technology path and system path, respectively concerning education restructuring, changes in teaching mode and education system adaptation. The main tasks include: regu- lating quality resources, improving the teaching skills, promoting education for all-round development, strengthening manage- ment focus of compulsory education, promoting the collaborative development between urban and rural schools, and improving the management system of migrant children education.
