论职业教育发展方式的转变

On the Transformation of Vocational Education

当前我国职业教育发展方式在结构上存在职普规模数量发展不均衡、中高职专业设置衔接不上、结构层次混乱等问题;现有的教师在专业及知识结构上无法满足职业学生需求,教学模式亟待改革;管理上存在多头并管、政策制度实效性差等系列问题。针对这些问题,本文提出职业教育发展方式的转变主要有三条路径,即结构路径、技术路径和制度路径,分别关注职业教育结构的调整、职教教学模式的改革、职业教育管理方式的转变。

Nowadays, there are many problems existing in the educational development mode of Chinese vocational educa- tion, such as, the inappropriate proportion between vocational education and high schools, unreasonable major setting of sec- ondary vocation education, ambiguous structure, the lack of professional skills and knowledge of teachers, the urgent call of transformation of educational mode, and series of problems in management like lack of efficiency in policy and regulation. To tackle these problems, the paper aims at providing three main ways of transforming vocation education development modes, which focus on structure, technique and system, namely, adjustment of vocation education structure and the transformation of vocation teaching mode and vocation education management.
