摘要
大学课程决策权力的分布状态造就了不同份量的决策主体,也在一定程度上决定了课程决策的过程与结果。X大学的课程决策权力呈现出从核心层列参与层再到影响层的渐次递减的层级分布,课程决策主体总是操纵大学课程的"少数人"。横向上,决策权力偏向行政权力,学术权力、学生权力不足;纵向上,决策权力集中在上层,普通教师和管理人员权力缺乏。因此,应该均衡大学内部的权力配置,坚持课程决策的民主化、科学化和制度化价值取向,加强课程决策评价的研究和应用。
The distribution of university curriculum decision-making power help forms different decision-makers and also determines the process and result Of curriculum decision-making to some extent. The curriculum decision-making power of X University shows a gradual decrease from core layer to participant layer and to affected layer of the level distribution, which results in curriculum makers are those few people who have the privilege to set the curriculum. Horizontally, the decision- power inclines to administrative powers;the academic authority and student power are insufficient. Vertically, the decision- power concentrates on the upper layer; the ordinary teacher and administrator lack power. To tackle such problems, the allo- cation of university inner power should be balanced; the democratization, scientization and institutionalization of curriculum de- cision should be upheld; the study and application of curriculum evaluation should be strengthened.
