摘要
在社会经济转型的背景下,创业型大学是高等教育发展的新趋势。创业型大学大多为地方性高校,其发展宗旨是促进区域社会经济的发展。创业型大学在我国刚刚兴起,然而其服务社会经济的潜力却不容小觑。创业型大学对于区域社会经济发展的影响主要体现在提供人力资本支持、提供科技研发和成果转化服务、缓解大学生就业难问题等方面。当前应采取积极的措施促进创业型大学服务于区域经济社会,这既需要地方政府的一系列政策保障,也需要创业型大学积极构建与区域经济社会的良性互动机制。
Entrepreneurial university is a kind of innovative university in the context of economic transformation. The ma- jority of entrepreneurial universities are regional universities for the purpose of promoting the development of regional economy. Although this kind of university has emerged these years, the potential role it will play in promoting social and economic de- velopment cannot be overlooked. The contributions of entrepreneurial university are mainly the support of human resources and capitals, research and development of science, transformation of outcomes and alleviating employment difl^cuhy. We should take measures to make sure that entrepreneurial universities could contribute to regional development, which demands series of re- gional government policies and cooperation between entrepreneurial universities and regional economy.
