摘要
以上海某中职校在校生为对象,调查中职生职业成熟度和专业承诺的总体发展水平,结果发现,两者均未达到"赞同"水平。对两者及其各维度的相关性进行分析发现,职业成熟度对专业承诺结果具有一定的预测效果。要根据中职生差异,密切结合职业成熟度和专业承诺各维度来设计有效的职业指导项目,增强职业指导的有效性,提高其专业学习效果,帮助其顺利度过职业探索期并实现稳定就业。
The study surveyed the career maturity and professional commitment of students in a secondary vocational school in Shanghai, and the results showed that the two all don＇t reach the ＂agreement＂ level; more analysis on the rela- tionship between them and their material dimensions show that there exist extremely significant correlation between the lev- el of career maturity and professional commitment, and the career maturity is the most effective forecasting factor in mea- suring the professional commitment. Secondary vocational schools should try to enhance the effectiveness of career guid- ance, improve effectiveness of professional learning and try to help students successfully pass the career exploration stage and get stable employment.
