摘要
通过水浴加热浸提法提取大肉姜中抑菌活性成分的粗产品,以抑菌效果(抑菌直径)来评价其抑菌作用。结果表明最佳工艺条件:乙醇浓度60%,水浴温度60℃,浸提时间2h,液固比25:1。水浴加热浸提法提取的大肉姜抑菌活性成分的粗产品对大肠杆菌有较强的抑制作用,粗提物浸膏溶液质量分数越大,抑菌效果就越好,它的MIC值为0.63%,大肉姜抑菌活性成分在一定范围的温度、pH环境条件下仍然能保持较好的稳定性。
Crude products of antibacterial active ingredients are extracted from Zingiber offoconale Roscoe by Water-bath Heating Method, and the bacteriostatic action is evaluated by antibacterial effect (bacteriostatic diameter). The results show that the best condition is: ethanol concentration of 60%, water-bath temperature of 60℃, extraction time of 2 hours, solid-liquid ratio of 1 - 25. The crude products of antibacterial active ingredients extracted from Zingiber offoconale Roscoe by Water-bath Heating Method have a better bacteriostatic action to colon bacillus, the higher the mass fraction of crude extracting solution, the better the antibacterial effect. The MIC is 0.63%, and the stability of extracting solution is good under certain temperature and pH value.
