基于CUDA的硬质合金可转位刀片缺陷检测方法研究

摘要 在精密加工中,刀片的质量直接影响产品的加工精度。对于刀片生产厂家来说,在刀片生产过程中,快速有效地对其进行在线缺陷检测的需求已非常迫切。鉴于此,针对硬质合金可转位刀片,专门研究设计了一种采用机器视觉技术基于统一计算设备架构(CUDA)方案的缺陷检测方法。 In precision machining, the quality of blade affects product processing accuracy directly. For blade manufacturers, the quick and efficient demands for online defect detection in blade production process are becoming stronger. In view of this, a cemented carbide indexable inserts defect detection method,which is based on machine vision and Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA) technology,has been researched and designed specially.
