摘要
创新是知识经济的重要特征。高等学校只有努力提高科技创新能力 ,加快推进科技创新进程 ,才能成为科教兴国的生力军。
Innovations define knowledge economy. Only by enhancing their capacities of sci tech innovation and speeding up the sci tech innovation process can institutions of higher learning turn themselves into the new vital force in revitalizing the nation through science, technology and education.
