摘要
为了节能减排,乘人车及其他汽车必须进一步轻量化,提高汽车零部件铝化率是当前及今后相当长时间内轻量化最有效途径,推广ABS板在汽车中的应用是最有潜力的。文中回顾了ABS板带在世界汽车中的应用概况、市场现状及前景,生产ABS板带的企业及生产能力,ABS板带的生产工艺流程。在平轧铝产品中,生产上游工艺与普通板带生产的相同,可是下游工艺则要复杂得多。中国还没有一条完整的现代化的生产ABS板带的生产线,在2020年前应科学地稳妥地建四五条生产线,使生产能力达到400 kt/a~600 kt/a。
The automobile for passenger and other purpose have to be lightened further in order to conserve energy and reduce carbon emission. At present and the long period future, the most effective way is raising the aluminium application ratio in the automobile parts, and there is most potential to expand the application of ABS. This paper has reviewed the general situation of ABS being used in automobile around the worldwide;current situation and pros- pect of its market, the enterprises and their capacity, and production process of ABS have been reviewed as well. The primary production process and technology for producing ABS are the same as the normal using aluminium strip, but the process and technology of later stage for producing ABS are more complicate. It is a blank area for China in producing ABS now, so China should scientifically and steadily build up four or five ABS production lines before the year of 2020 in order to have a productivity of 400 kt/a -600 kt/a.
