摘要
概述铝加工产业节能降耗减排的主要途径。侧重于在生产实践经验的基础上,分析铝合金熔铸传统设备组合、设备结构和熔炼工艺操作的某些不足之处,从优化熔铸设备组合布置,优化设备结构和配备装置,优化熔炼工艺操作三个方面来论述铝加工企业如何节能降耗减排。
The cost and energy-saving, carbon emission reduction in aluminum industry have been introduced in this article. The shortages of equipment structure and combination to be used for traditional aluminum alloy smelting and casting have been discussed, and the disadvantages of smelting process have been analyzed as well. The optimization of smelting and casting equipment layout has been introduced. The improvement of equipment structure and smelting process have been discussed in order to save energy and cost, decrease carbon emission and increase benefit of aluminum fabrication enterprises.
